We've put together a list of answers to questions you may have regarding ticketing arrangements for the JPT Final.
All ticketing information can be found here. However, if you are still unsure on certain aspects, please read through our frequently asked questions below:Can I buy tickets at the Posh Ticket Office?
Only disabled fans can purchase tickets at the Posh Ticket Office. All other tickets are sold through Ticketmaster online or via the 24-hour hotline. The only physical tickets the club will have are those for wheelchair disabled and their carers. Ambulant tickets will be sold by the Posh Ticket Office but dispatched by Ticketmaster.
How many can I buy in one transaction?
Season ticket holders/members can buy 6 per person. You can purchase over 10 tickets in one transaction so that all persons will be sat together. Please ensure you have each season ticket holder/member client ref number - these can be found on your cards. Buying over 10 tickets this way is NOT classed as a group booking as it is within your member limits.
Can I buy a concession ticket if my season ticket is an adult?
Yes, you can purchase whichever price class you wish within your ticket limits.
How can I assign tickets online?
You can add season ticket holders/members to your "Friends & Family" using the client reference number and surname. You can then assign these in your basket after selecting tickets.
What is a group booking?
If you do not have the appropriate season ticket/membership to allow enough tickets, and you need to purchase over 10 for a group of people, please contact the Posh Ticket Office on 01733 865674 when tickets go on general sale at 9am on Monday 10th March. Ticketmaster will dispatch your tickets and fees still apply.
What are the singing areas?
These are designated areas for the more vocal fans including drummers. Expect to lose your voice in these areas! The blocks are 134/135 (level one).
Can I buy coach travel?
Yes, these are also sold through Ticketmaster via the hotline and online. The coaches depart at 9am from the Riverside Car park (Key Theatre). foreverposh members are £20 and non-members are £25. There is a booking of £1 per coach ticket.
Do the club make any money on the Ticketmaster fees?
No, all the booking fees go to Ticketmaster for providing the service which includes the 24-hour ticket hotline, our online ticketing and manual allocation and dispatch of tickets.
