Jack Baldwin came through just under an hour as the Posh development side were beaten at Norwich City.
Peterborough United centre back Jack Baldwin completed 58 minutes for the development side as Premier League side Norwich City recorded a 3-1 victory at the Canaries' training base on Tuesday afternoon.
The former Hartlepool United defender is continuing his comeback from a long injury lay-off and after 45 minutes in an internal training fixture last week and looked impressive during his performance in Norfolk.
Baldwin was composed on the ball and tough in the tackle but couldn't help his team-mates contain a lively Norwich side.
Posh created chances with Joe Gormley and Kyle Vassell denied by the goalkeeper but the hosts were clinical with their finishing and found themselves 2-0 to the good with a shot on the turn in the first half and then a close-range finish 10 minutes into the second period.
Vassell reduced the arrears with a low finish after excellent distribution from young goalkeeper Dion-Curtis Henry, who made a couple of fine saves himself including one from point blank range late on.
Norwich added a third with the final kick of the game in a game that was watched by new boss Graham Westley. Andrew Fox, Kieran Sadlier, Alex Davey, Jack Collison and Harry Anderson all completed 90 minutes.
Posh: Henry, Fox, Baldwin (sub Maslen-Jones), Davey, Adebayo-Rowling, Collison, Sadlier, Anderson, Da Silva Lopes, Vassell, Gormley (sub Lee).
