Four positions available as NCS Team Assistants.
Peterborough United Football Club are seeking highly motivated, energetic individuals, to assist the team leader to lead teams of sixteen and seventeen year olds through our four-week summer NCS programme. We are looking for passionate individuals with the desire to gain experience of working with groups of young people.

The Team assistant is there to be a positive role model, to coach and motivate a team of up to 15 diverse young people. Your role will require you to support, stretch and maximise the learning for all the participants throughout the NCS Programme.
We are looking for Team assistants with a flexible approach, and who can commit to working with their team of 15 young people for the entire length of the four week programme.
Team assistants will be expected to attend a compulsory training day that will be held on a weekend, they will also be required to attend at least one keep warm activity and one pre-departure meeting. At the end of the programme team mentors will be expected to attend the graduation ceremony held at Peterborough United Football Club, ABAX Stadium.
Programme start dates:
Wave 1 – 3rd July 2017
Wave 2 – 31st July 2017
