The Posh 'A' team score twice late on to secure points against Stoke City.
The Posh 'A' side got off to a slow start, and were one nil down inside five minutes after losing possession and Stoke scoring on the counter.
It was a half of many chances for Posh, and they finally levelled with just over six minutes to play after Jaquite played a quick pass into Keilty, who then played a ball back post to Nassunculo, who finished easily past the Stoke ‘keeper.
Shortly after the break, Posh 'A' took the lead after a good corner set piece, where the ball got bounced to the near post and back, then fired to the back post, where Jaquite finished with style.
After spending another 7 to 8 minutes dominating play, they scored again after Bland played a long ball to Mucklin, who then slid to toe-punt a finish past the helpless Stoke keeper.
Shortly after, Nassunculo got caught with possession, and then Stoke scored on a good counter attack. Two minutes later, Stoke were then lucky to score a rebound after Bland initially made a very good save.
With less than two minutes to play, Posh regained the lead, after a pacy back post run by Powell allowed him to slot home to give Posh a one goal advantage. Posh needed to hold on to win the game and grab the three points, and they secured it with a Mucklin shot, which rebounded into the goal after a keeper save. Posh definitely deserved the win in what again was a good solid performance throughout.
