Tafazolli was cautioned on 13 minutes for a foul on Van Veen and from the resulting set-piece the ball fell at the feet of centre back Goode, but his curler from the edge of the box flew over.

McGee produced a superb double save to keep Posh level on 27 minutes, first deny Adalukun with his legs and then an even better stop from point blank range to deny Van Veen with his legs.
Maddison was cautioned for a tug back on Goode on 42 minutes. Hughes was cautioned in one minute of added time and from the resulting free-kick, Josh MORRIS curled home a superb free-kick past McGee and into the back of the net.
Posh made a double change at the break with Lee Angol and Leo Da Silva Lopes replacing Taylor and Edwards. Posh had appeals for a spot-kick turned down as Angol appeared to be held from a Bostwick header towards goal, the official giving a free kick the other way.
Morias showed a neat turn and touch after being fed by Maddison on the hour mark, but the former St. Albans man lashed his left-foot shot wide of the target.
Da Silva Lopes sent a swerving shot from 35-yards wide of the target on 70 minutes. Mantom fired wide at the other end as the game entered the final 20 minutes.
Angol scooped a shot over the bar from just inside the box after being found by Forrester on 77 minutes.
Tom Nichols replaced Junior Morais on 80 minutes. Van Veen headed over moments later from an in-swinging Morris corner kick. Posh drew themselves level on 83 minutes as a glorious cross from Smith hit the unfortuate GOODE and trickled into the net for an own goal.
Da Silva Lopes was then denied by keeper Daniels after linking well with Samuelsen. McGee made a superb stop from close-range to deny Clarke on 87 minutes before Smith produced a fine headed clearance to deny Madden.
Van Veen then saw a shot cleared off the line heroicly by a well placed Hughes as the end to this game swung from end to another. Substitute Margetts was denied by McGee a minute into stoppage time.
