A big thank you to the Peterborough Phantoms for looking after Junior Posh members on Saturday.
On Sunday, Junior Posh members were given the opportunity to enjoy a day at Planet Ice, home of the Peterborough Phantoms and mascot Peter Burrow was there to ensure they were confident when their turn came to take to the rink.
An hour skate on the ice was followed by food and the Phantoms clash with top of the table Swindon Wildcats which was an entertaining affair despite a first defeat in 14 for the city side.
Junior Posh co-ordinator Phil Adlam said: “We have a really good relationship with the Peterborough Phantoms and they will be attending our Christmas party in December. We hope that members enjoyed themselves and hopefully we can play another event like this in again.”
