Season ticket holders for the 2019/20 campaign would have started to receive their season cards and those who have received a POSHPay card may have noticed some missing seat details.
Despite the club seeing test prints (electronically and hard copies) before approval, there has been an error by the third-party printing company which meant some season cards were printed without the seat details.
The company in question will be sending a letter to all these supporters with their seat details included – please use this letter as your proof of seat until the company dispatches new cards. Please do not dispose of the current card as you will need it to access the stadium for home league games.
We echo fans’ frustrations given the implication of the printing error made by the third-party company and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. The club continue to work hard to resolve this issue with the parties involved.
The club would like to reiterate that you only need to activate your POSHPay card if you wish to benefit from the features of POSHPay. If you wish to use your card solely as an access/loyalty card, then you do not need to activate it.
Under 12s and under 18s season tickets are being dispatched separately and should not be impacted by the printing error.
