As we move into the 2024/25 campaign the Club is looking at various ways in which we can improve the fan experience for our supporters on matchdays. Introducing ASK POSH… which is a mix of two new brilliant initiatives which we believe will help to achieve that objective.
ASK POSH STAFF
We are introducing a new team of ASK POSH staff on matchdays who will be on hand two hours before kick-off to help supporters with any queries they have and enhance the matchday experience.
Some things you might want to ASK POSH…
Where is my turnstile?
Is there a toilet nearby?
Where is the Fanzone?
Where is the Club Shop?
I can’t find the Ticket Office, where do I go?
Where can I buy a programme?
Anything you need, the team are here to help and ensure you have an experience to remember here at the Weston Homes Stadium. You will see our ASK POSH staff around the stadium from our first home league game of the season against Huddersfield Town on Saturday 10th August. They will be wearing blue Hi-Viz ASK POSH jackets.
ASK POSH WEBSITE
Whilst we will always try to ensure there is an ASK POSH team member is on hand when you need them, if they are not – or your question happens to come up at home or on the bus – you can now ASK POSH online.
Our brand-new interactive website allows you to ask a specific question, and the system will generate the best possible answer from the content available. In very simple terms a Google for Posh!
The system will grow with us, the more questions that get asked the more content we will generate, and we hope this will be a very valuable tool for supporters both on matchday and away from the stadium.
You will be able to access ASK POSH here and from Saturday 10th August there will be QR codes around the stadium meaning with one quick scan you can access the site from your mobile device.
In 2024/25 optimising the fan experience is one of our key club goals; we want all supporters to have the best experience in Sky Bet League One here at the Weston Homes Stadium.
