The Posh Foundation is hosting their second Big Sleep Out event, taking place this Friday at the Weston Homes Stadium, in partnership with Light Project Peterborough.
Taking place on Friday 14th March 2025, the club are encouraging people to sleep out at the stadium or take part virtually to help raise funds for the Peterborough United Foundation and Light Project Peterborough.
This event will give participants an insight into what homeless people experience every night and by taking part, you’ll make a big difference in increasing awareness as well as raising vital funds to help those who are in desperate need in Peterborough. In 2024, over £32,000 was raised from the Big Sleep Out and our aim to beat this total in 2025.
How to get involved:
If you’re 16 or older, you can participate in the Big Sleep Out at the Weston Homes Stadium. Those aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent, guardian or carer).
Places cost £10 plus a booking fee. Please register your place here.
Everyone who has registered and raises £250 or more before 10pm on Thursday 13th March 2025 will be entered into a raffle where prizes include:
• 1x signed Peterborough United men’s team shirt
• 1x signed Peterborough United women’s team shirt
• 3x pairs of Peterborough United match tickets
• 1x £20 Peterborough United club shop voucher
• A guided tour of Peterborough Cathedral tower for a group of up to 10 people
How to take part virtually:
If you can’t join us at the stadium, you can still take part!
We will be going live on social media throughout the evening, so wherever you are, we can still be united. Further details about our live stream will be given in due course.
You can use alternative locations such as sleeping out in the garden with your family and friends, sleeping on the sofa or ask whether your school, workplace, church or community centre would be willing to host a sleep out.

Everyone who has registered to take part virtually and raises £100 or more before 10pm on Thursday 13th March 2025, will be entered into a raffle where prizes include:
• 1x signed football by Peterborough United players
• 1x £20 Peterborough United club shop voucher
• 3x 1-day Posh Foundation Summer Holiday Camp vouchers
The prize draw will be conducted on Friday 14th March 2025 with winners contacted on Monday 17th March 2025.
