We have an update for supporters on the current progress of the Brand Evolution Project, launched in January, in which we are investigating the possibilities around implementing a new brand identity for the Club.
During January and early February we kicked off the project with our Research and Listening Phase which included our Brand Partner, Chris Payne, alongside Head of Media & Marketing, Clive Edwards, meeting with various supporter groups, hosting a Fans Forum, appearing on both our official podcast, posh unfiltered, as well as supporter media and spending time in and around our city to fully immerse our partners in our city and football club.
You can learn more about the project by visiting our dedicated Brand Evolution section of our website.
We also completed a survey to gather initial feedback from the most important stakeholder in this project - you, our supporters. The results of this initial survey are now available for review and have been integral in the next phase of the project. Click here to review the survey findings.
We would like to thank all those supporters who took the time to complete the survey, your feedback has been incredibly valuable to the process.
The next phase of the project is our Design Phase, where Chris is working on various design systems, and assets to unify and enhance our identity, story and reputation for us to review as a Club. All designs will be based on feedback from supporters, and the insightful answers within this initial survey and feedback at fan engagement events.
As part of the Design Phase we are now asking supporters to complete a second survey. This survey is data driven and very important for the process. We would be delighted if supporters could spare the time to complete this survey for us to further help mould the design process.
You can access the latest survey here and it will open until 5pm on Friday 28th March.
Following the completion of the Design Phase we will be opening up a number of fan engagement events including focus groups. There will be an opportunity to register your interest to attend very shortly.
Full information about the focus groups, alongside a full itinerary of the next stage of the process, will follow in early April.
