The club are aware that the current cost-of-living crisis may be making it difficult for some supporters to attend live football.
As we embark on a trip to Wembley in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy Final in April, we have teamed up with the fantastic Free Kicks Foundation to offer a family who might not otherwise be able to attend the fixture four tickets for the match alongside travel to the game and Junior Posh memberships for next season.
The tickets for the game will be provided by the Free Kicks Foundation and will be located in Club Wembley giving the recipients a memory to last a lifetime.
We are inviting supporters to nominate a family that might fall into this category, please email clive.edwards@theposh.com with your nomination by Monday 18th March.
The Free Kicks Foundation is a Peterborough based, nationwide charity whose aim is to provide football-related activities for ill, bereaved, and disadvantaged children, giving them a day to remember with their favourite football club.
Steve Thorpe from Free Kicks Foundation said "As Club Wembley members we were able to purchase prime seats for next month’s final and we wanted to give a family who may not be able to afford to attend the opportunity to go to the game. We would also thank you to Forever Posh for donation of coach tickets".
