Joe Davies bagged the winner as the Under 18s made it two wins in a row in the Professional Development League.
The Peterborough United Under 18s recorded a 1-0 victory over Colchester United in their latest Professional Development League fixture with Jimmy Unwin's men backing up the 6-0 victory over Queens Park Rangers with another three points and clean sheet.
It was striker Joe Davies who netted the only goal of the game in an impressive personal display from the youngster on a night where Posh created a number of good opportunities in front of goal.
Lead Coach Jimmy Unwin said: "Joe was excellent, but it was a good all-round performance and we deserved to win the game. It was a young side out there, but they did everything that we asked of them and it was important to back up the win over Queens Park Rangers.
"We had a few players out there who won't be with us past the end of the season, so they deserve a lot of credit for the way they applied themselves in the game."
Posh: West, Freeman, Trialist A, Holley, Mendonca, Toynton, Davies, Marcon, Trialist B, Beech, Kelmendi. Subs: Gilbert, Sakalas, Unwin.
