The Posh squad had a bit of downtime on Wednesday, but there was still a tough pool session in the schedule.
While the Peterborough United squad were afforded some down time after a gruelling two days in the Portugal sun, day three of the training camp still included a tough pool session under the watchful gaze of the management and Head of Sports Science Lewis Keeble.
The session was competitive with relay races included within the schedule and the players seemed in great spirits as they completed the requirements. Earlier in the day, some players showed off their golf skills on one of three courses at the training base while others took the opportunity to get a bit of rest into their legs ahead of Thursday’s session.
Posh face Leyton Orient in their first friendly fixture on Friday morning (11am) in Lagos with the game free to watch, both in person and online. A full match preview ahead of the game will be available on the website on Thursday.
