Peterborough United Girls Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) roundup from the week commencing Monday 22nd February.
This week marked the start of a new block for the ETC players. This focuses on what players can do outside of training to help further their development.
In addition to this, all players had the opportunity to participate in an online training workshop about nutrition, including what a healthy diet looks like for a footballer.
Elsewhere, in the coaching staff, we are pleased to announce that Georgia Clarke, who is our Lead Foundation Phase Coach, has completed her UEFA B license.
From ETC Manager, Chloe Brown:
“Everyone at the ETC gives a huge congratulations to Georgia on passing her UEFA B. It means we have another UEFA B coach within our set-up to work with our girls which is fantastic. We have taken a slightly different approach to this block, by asking players what they can do outside of training to be better players. We had an incredibly positive turnout to our first online workshop this week for our players.”
