Junior Grassroots Club Initiatives 2024/25

Last season we launched our incredibly popular Junior Grassroots Club Initiative which saw thousands of new supporters coming through the turnstiles at the Weston Homes Stadium.

As we move into the 2024/25 campaign, we will be optimising the initiative so that all of our local junior clubs can benefit from heading to the Weston Homes Stadium for both the matchday experience in PE2 and back at their own club.

What’s New? 

Junior Grassroots Club Partner Programme

Brand new for 2024/25 all our partner clubs that operate at least one team at Under 14 level or below, will receive a code which can be shared with club officials, coaches, parents and players.

The code can be used for every fixture at the Weston Homes Stadium this season to generate points in return for tickets purchased, based on ticket value.

A league table will be published monthly where clubs with the most points will win money can’t buy experiences such as signed memorabilia and player appearances at events and training sessions.

Revamped Junior Grassroots Club VIP Experience

Our incredibly popular Junior Grassroots Club VIP Experience is back and bigger than ever for 2024/25. If you run a junior club (Under 14 and below) and want the full VIP experience this is the experience for you.

Head to the Weston Homes Stadium on a matchday four hours before the game for a guided tour of the stadium, including the dressing rooms, tunnel, pitchside and boardroom. Following the tour spend time with up to three First Team players and complete flag bearing for the team pre-match. Your club will receive a signed football, team photo with players and a good luck video from either Director of Football Barry Fry or Manager Darren Ferguson. All this plus much more and match tickets for 12 juniors and 2 adults in the Meerkat Family Stand with additional tickets available for parents and siblings for the match.

Dedicated Grassroots Days 

For the 2024/25 season we will have six dedicated Grassroots Days where our partner clubs will receive unique discount codes for tickets. On these days the Fanzone will be taken over by our youngest fans with entertainment specifically booked for our next generation fans as well as additional activities in Peter’s Burrow in the Meerkat Family Stand.

To receive a discount codes, the club will need to be registered as one of our partner clubs at least one week prior to the fixture. Discount codes must only be used by club officials, coaches, parents and players and must not be shared on social media. In the event of unusual use of the code the Club reserves the right to discontinue use either temporarily or permanently.

The best bit is tickets used with the discount code will also generate points towards the Junior Grassroots Club Partner Programme.
