Defender Josh Knight departs PE2 for new challenge in German football.
Peterborough United can confirm that defender Josh Knight has agreed to join German Bundesliga 2 side Hannover 96 with the former Leicester City man departing PE2 after making 169 appearances over three spells at the club.
Knight scored six goals in 57 appearances in all competitions for Posh last season - his last goal coming in his final appearance in the 1-1 draw with Oxford United in the play-off semi-final second leg.
