It is a double header for the Posh youngsters on Monday afternoon with both the under 18s and under 21s facing trips to Wigan Athletic.
The Peterborough United under 18s conclude their games programme ahead of the Christmas break with a trip to face Wigan Athletic on Monday afternoon (1pm).
Jimmy Unwin's men had a behind closed doors friendly fixture on Saturday with a number of players currently out on loan involved in that particular game.
The Latics will provide another stern test for Unwin's men on Monday, but he is looking forward to the game.
"We got all the way to Wakefield the other week and then found out this fixture was postponed, so we are looking forward to going up there and trying to come away with a positive result.
"It will be a good test for us, they are a good young side, they are energetic and you can see their philosophy coming through, rather like ourselves.
"We have got one or two players back in the squad. Tom Unwin and Joe Davies are back in the squad after injury and we have a couple of loanees, Tyler Winters and Ollie Rose, available as the game is on the Monday."
