From The Coach
Under 23s coach, John Currall, spoke ahead of the game: “We know it’s going to be another tough test against Rugby Borough on Sunday, but we are going into the game on the back of a really positive performance and result last weekend against Sutton Coldfield. We are in good form at the moment and the girls’ are really together as a group but we need to make sure we continue our standards that have been set.
“We are at home and want to use that advantage this weekend. Rugby gave us a really difficult game away from home earlier in the season but we have come a long way since then. We have three big tests coming up in the next few weeks so there is good healthy competition for places at the moment.”
