From The Gaffer

Jake Poole spoke to Posh+ ahead of Sunday's fixture: “We’ve had a real mixture of fixtures over the last month so it will be nice to have a run of three games against consistently high opposition starting from this weekend. The FA Cup game will be a great opportunity to challenge ourselves and take the intensity from that game into the fixtures that follow. We played a few Tier 3 oppositions in pre-season which will help us.”

“We want to go as far as we can in the competition and play some of the best teams. We’ve always had a great support and with the game in Peterborough, it will provide the opportunity for an even larger crowd to come down for what is a really exciting game.”

One To Watch

Billericay Town Women’s current top scorer is Maddie Bigs who has netted five goals in eight matches this season.
