Posh Under 21s are back in action on Tuesday afternoon when they travel to face Wigan Athletic (1pm)
Peterborough United Under 21s return to action on Tuesday afternoon when they travel to Wigan Athletic in Professional Development League action (1pm).
Posh were beaten 1-0 by Barnsley on Friday in their last fixture with a penalty the difference between the sides.
TEAM NEWS
There are a number of players from within the first team group set to feature against the Latics, but Milan Kovaci, Ollie Rose and Pemi Aderoju are unavailable with Rose continuing to impress during a loan spell with Scunthorpe United in Vanarama National League North.
THE OPPOSITION
Wigan are currently bottom of the league table with 12 points from their games so far this season. A win for the Latics could take them off the bottom though. Posh are currently seventh from their 17 games played.
FROM THE MANAGER
“It is a quick turnaround from Friday's game, but we will be looking to improve on the areas that we felt were just lacking against Barnsley, which was that ruthlessness in both boxes. A lot of the performance against the Tykes was decent, we just need to tidy up in those aforementioned areas. Wigan are a good side, they have threats in their team, but we will go there and hopefully put in a strong performance," Lead Professional Development Phase (Under 21s) Coach Ryan Semple said.

Updates of the game will be available on The Posh Academy X account, with post-match reaction accessible on Posh+.
VENUE
The fixture will take place at Wigan Athletic's training ground.
