Following consultation with our supporters groups and our Supporter Liaison Officer, the Club can confirm details of matchday pricing for the forthcoming 2024/25 Sky Bet League One season.
From this season, our standard pricing will be split into two categories. The introduction of an online standard price, a new addition this season, gives supporters the opportunity to save money whilst also assisting us in reducing footfall to the Ticket Office which will help improve the level of customer service we offer.
On a matchday, the Ticket Office is dealing with a number of different challenges which can result in long queueing and delays for supporters. Enquiries include, but are not limited to:
- Home ticket sales for the current and future fixtures
- Away ticket sales to home fans for future fixturesÂ
- Away fans on the day ticket sales
- Upgrades or seat moves
- Dealing with ticket rejections at the turnstilesÂ
- Lost season cards
- Lost tickets/reprints of match tickets
- Selling season tickets and memberships
- Ticket collections
We are therefore encouraging supporters to primarily purchase tickets in advance and online.
As an incentive to do so, we will continue to offer an early bird discount and in addition, there will be a financial saving for purchasing tickets online after the expiry of the early bird discount, through to kick-off.Â
The early bird discount ends at midnight on a Wednesday for a weekend match and at midnight on Sunday for a mid-week fixture. The Box Office standard price is tickets bought in person or over the phone.
