Teenager excited about the opportunity at Posh after agreeing deal following release from Scottish giants.
For any young player, the pathway to a potential first team spot has to be evident and for latest recruit Justin Osagie, it is the reason why he feels that Peterborough United is the perfect place to continue this development.
The 19-year-old, who has recently been with Scottish giants Celtic, is buzzing about the opportunity that presents itself in PE2 and can't wait to get started.
"I am buzzing. I have spent a bit of time training with the lads and I have been welcomed and the first team manager has been brilliant with me, giving me encouragement and allowing me to train with the senior side.
"I feel this club is perfect for me, there is a real pathway from the Academy through to the first team, I have seen that and there has been evidence for that with Ronnie Edwards.
"I like to defend, but I would also describe myself as a ball-playing centre back, which is obviously very much like most defenders coming through. I like to think I am calm. I can't wait to get started and give my all for the club," Osagie said.
Osagie has been involved in the Republic of Ireland under 19s and could make his debut for the Under 21s side at Hull City on Tuesday.
