After arriving on Sunday evening, the Posh squad are set for their first training session during their week-long stay in Spain.
The Peterborough United squad arrived in Spain on Sunday evening and have got their first session underway in the heat on Monday morning at their base in La Nucia.
Darren Ferguson's men will have two pitch-based sessions with recovery and gym in between as they step-up preparations for the new Sky Bet League One campaign.
Head of Sports Science Lewis Keeble explained the plan for the first part of Monday's session. "The first part is a mobility session to get them going, different movements and work on the bike.
"Then they will go out on the grass for a warm-up session, a bit of work involving changes of direction, getting them moving again, nothing too strenuous after the travel yesterday and then we go straight into a technical session with the gaffer and the rest of the team."
