With the recent announcements from the EFL regarding the Sky TV deal we will not be able to stream games domestically in the UK via the Posh+ platform.
With Posh+ losing domestic streaming, we are aware of how important it is to maintain best in class content for the coming season on the platform and we have some exciting new additions which will add incredible value to being a Posh+ subscriber.
What’s New?
As well as all the existing content you have come to expect on Posh+ we are adding the following:
Pre-Match Show – This new feature will be broadcast at 7.30pm each Friday ahead of any league or cup fixture. The magazine style show will feature management, players, famous fans, supporters and ex-players discussing all things Posh.
Bi-Weekly Podcast – Posh+ will be the home of our brand new bi-weekly lifestyle Podcast in conjunction with The Podcast Lounge, a full release of this exciting new show will follow shortly but suffice to say it’s going to be BIG and kicks off on the Thursday prior to our season opener against Huddersfield Town. Two Feature Pieces Each Week – From the start of the season we will be providing subscribers with two guaranteed feature pieces each week.
In-depth Interviews – The best place to hear from your Posh favourites is Posh+, be that the Gaffer, players, management staff, behind the scenes staff or even the odd cameo from Barry Fry.
Pitchside Posh – Our behind-the-scenes feature will continue into the 2024/25 season with all league fixtures subjected to the behind-the-scenes cameras and where possible mics.
Mic The Gaffer – This previously popular feature will be back this season. Hear exactly what the Gaffer says to his staff, the players and listen up close and personal to how he gets the best results in game and at training.
Enhanced Matchday Content – We will be introducing Fan Cam, Player Cam and Unseen Footage Cam for each home fixture and selected away fixtures.
Academy & Women’s – We will have even more coverage of Posh Women as well as our Under 21s and Under 18s teams, each of whom now have an expert & dedicated team creating content for them.
2025/26 Pre-Season – Looking even further forward, we will stream all pre-season games for the 2025/26 season!
… and don’t forget international supporters will still be able to stream all eligible games as part of their subscription with full commentary from BBC Radio Cambridgeshire thanks to our recent two-year deal with the broadcasting outfit. Only those supporters who are based in the UK will not be able to access these streams.
How to Subscribe?
New to Posh+? Click here to sign-up for either an annual or monthly pass.
Existing UK Subscriber? If you are a monthly subscriber with an active subscription you don’t need to do anything, annual subscribers will renew automatically on your renewal date.
Existing International Subscriber? If you are a monthly subscriber with an active subscription you don’t need to do anything, annual subscribers will need to renew on the expiry of their existing subscription.
