The Posh Foundation Summer Fun Days got underway this week and Peterborough United first team stars Dan Butler and Joe Ward paid a visit to kids attending the sessions at Neale Wade Academy in March.
The Posh duo spent time signing autographs, posing for pictures and answer questions from the budding young footballers.
Joe Ward said; “It’s great to come down to an event like this and engage with the young people. It’s also a good chance for us to support the Peterborough United Foundation, whose hard work makes these Holiday Camps possible for children to attend in every school break. The children were full of energy, enthusiasm and questions and it was nice to come and be a part of.”
Neale Wade is just the first of the Posh Foundation Summer Holiday Camps, with many others set to follow. Throughout the next month, sessions will be held at Kings Cliffe, Nene Valley Community Centre, Ramsey, Castor, Hampton and Leverington bringing their fun, football filled Holiday Camps.
There’s still places available to book your children onto our upcoming Summer Holiday Camps, visit theposhfoundationcourses.com for more information and to secure your space!
