The football club have introduced a season ticket ‘Buy Back’ scheme ahead of Saturday’s fixture with Nottingham Forest.
Peterborough United entertain Nottingham Forest at the Weston Homes Stadium in Sky Bet Championship action on Saturday (3pm) and with the fixture heading for a sell-out, the club have introduced a ‘Buy Back’ scheme.
All Season ticket holders (excluding hospitality areas) who are not able to attend the game (whether it be through illness, holiday, work or unavailability) can log on to www.theposhtickets.com and select their seat or terrace spot to be listed as available for re-sale.
All resale tickets will be sold at full adult price (£28 for seating, £24 for terrace) and if the ticket sells, the season ticket holder will receive 35% in account credit (£9.80 for seated tickets and £8.40 for terrace tickets).
Head of Media and Ticketing Chris Brewer said: “We have been monitoring season ticket attendance over the last few seasons and we have noticed a significant number of supporters are not able to attend every fixture at the Weston Homes Stadium. This could be a variety of reasons, so we wanted to give something back to those loyal supporters while also providing an opportunity for others to attend this huge fixture.”
Once tickets have been listed online, fans will have until 10am on the day of the game (Saturday 24th April) to purchase the listed tickets. After this time, listings will expire and any unsold tickets will return to the season ticket holder (access will still be valid on the card). If a ticket sells, access on that season card is withdrawn.
Nottingham Forest have sold out their allocation of just under 3,700 tickets and will occupy the Deskgo Stand and Blocks A and B of the North Stand. An embargo is in place to only allow fans registered on our ticket system before 5th April 2022 to purchase tickets for this game. If you are a new Posh fan, please contact the ticket office.
