Posh U18s face The Tigers in the Under-18 Professional Development League.
Peterborough United U18s welcome Hull City U18s to the idverde Training Ground on Saturday morning (11:30am) in the Under-18 Professional Development League.
The under 18s moved up to third in the table after picking up a point against Coventry City last weekend and remain three points behind league leaders Barnsley. The Tigers sit bottom of the table, but claimed three points in their previous fixture after a 4-1 victory over Wigan Athletic.
A similar squad that travelled to The Sky Blues last weekend is expected to face The Tigers on Saturday, with midfielder Harry Titchmarsh set to return to the squad and a couple of under 16s to be handed a call-up.
U21s Assistant Manager Simon Davies will take charge of the under 18s game with Jamal Campbell-Ryce currently away with England U16 in Spain, with Head of Academy Coaching Danny Walker also assisting on the day.
Speaking ahead of the game, Walker said: “We are expecting a physical test and a competitive game overall against a good Hull City side despite where they are currently sit in the table. After speaking with Jamal following last weekend’s result, we want to build on the second-half performance that the players showed against Coventry City and make sure we take that into the start of this game. It's a game we are all looking forward to."
Updates of the game will be provided as much as possible on The Posh Academy Twitter account (@theposhacademy).
