Peterborough United Women can announce their pre-season schedule ahead of the upcoming 2024/25 FA Women’s National League campaign.
Jake Poole’s side will return to training on 3rd July and begin their pre-season schedule on the Sunday (7th July) as they face FA Women's National League (FAWNL) Northern Premier Division side Derby County on the road, before they host FAWNL Northern Premier Division side Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday 14th July.
The following Sunday (21st July), they will face FAWNL Southern Premier Division side Hashtag United at home, before the squad heads out on a team excursion the following weekend.
Posh will then face FAWNL Division One South East side Cambridge United away on Thursday 1st August, before they embark on a pre-season training camp for a third consecutive season in the opening weekend of August. They will re-visit Worksop Private College after a positive experience last season.
Poole’s side will round off their schedule with a trip to East Midlands Women's Regional Football League side Basford United on Sunday 4th August and then face FAWNL Northern Premier Division side Huddersfield Town on the road the following Sunday (11th August), before their first game of the season commences on Sunday 18th August.
