Posh Women To Start Against The Cobblers

The Posh Women will begin their 2023/24 campaign with a local derby.

Peterborough United will begin their 2023/24 FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands campaign with an away fixture against Northampton Town on Sunday 20th August.

Dan Lawlor’s side will welcome newly-promoted Sutton Coldfield Town to the Abbey Lawn in their first home fixture of the season on Sunday 3rd September before a midweek game against Lincoln City at home.

The Posh Women are scheduled to finish the FA Women’s National League campaign at home as they welcome Leafield Athletic, but all fixtures within the schedule are subject to change.

A trip to Boldmere St Michaels will take place as the first fixture after the New Year, while Lawlor’s side will round off 2023 with an away fixture to Leafield Athletic.

The opening round of the FA Women’s National League Cup Determining Round will begin on the 27th August. The Posh Women will compete in the Women’s FA Cup and will enter in Third Round Qualifying, which is scheduled to take place on 22nd October.
