Team News
Michael Allsebrook confirmed he will be giving more minutes to players who haven’t appeared much this season. Phoebe Richards-Reeves is sidelined as she follows concussion protocols whilst both Mia Karagholi and Bronte Cooper work their way back from injuries.
Ella-Mai Bale will be hoping to continue her fine form in front of goal recently, scoring eight goals in seven appearances this term.
The Posh Women U23s will have to watch out for current Doncaster Rovers Belles Development forward Ella Mortimer, who has scored two goals in two appearances this season.
From The Gaffer
Allsebrook said: “We approach every game with the right attitude no matter who the opponent is. We are confident we are prepared enough to face Doncaster on Sunday. Results aren’t always everything, we were really happy with the performance at Derby on Sunday and were pleased with what we took away from it. It’s a case of making sure we do the right things on the pitch, making the right decisions, and if we do those things, the result will naturally come. Sunday is a chance to get minutes into the tank for some players and look at players who haven’t played much yet."
