Posh Women Under 23s confirm backroom staff ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Peterborough United Women Under 23s manager Michael Allsebrook can confirm his backroom staff for the upcoming 2024/25 FA Women’s National League Reserves Midlands Division, with Adam Timson stepping into the role as U23s coach.
Allsebrook has retained the services of John Currall as Under 23s Coach and Sophie Powell as Under 23s Goalkeeping Coach. Ryan Adams continues his role as Under 23s Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Posh Women Under 23s welcome Adam Timson as Under 23s coach who joins from following a spell coaching with the Elite Training Centre (ETC). Nathan Reed maintains his role as Matchday Co-Ordinator whilst also stepping into the role as Player Care Officer. Daniel Pantazis will also join the backroom staff as Under 23s Psychologist.
Amy Fisher will depart her role as Under 23s First Aider at the end of the month, with a vacancy still available for her role. Allsebrook is delighted with his backroom staff, “Everyone worked so incredibly hard to achieve the success that we did last season and to retain those, whilst also adding some fresh faces, is a terrific achievement and shows just how exciting the project is at the club.
“Myself and the players are incredibly fortunate to work with such a talented and dedicated staff team that go above and beyond on a weekly basis to provide the players with everything that they need.”

Meanwhile, Allsebrook has named his Posh Women Under 23s squad ahead of the 2024/25 FA Women’s National League Reserves Midlands Division campaign, with their first competitive action kicking off against Chorley Reserves in the Reserves League Cup this weekend.
The squad is largely unchanged from the group who performed well in their first season participating in the Reserves leagues. Full-back Phoebe Richards-Reeves, who has made over 50 appearances for the U23s, remains at the club alongside last season’s top scorer Ella-Mai Bale.
Allsebrook has made several additions to the squad with midfielder Poppy Clapson the latest player to come through the pathway from the ETC. Faith Iyawa and Kendal O’Connor return to the set-up following stints away from the club whilst Melissa Riley, Georgie Oliver and Katie Gee have signed from Lincoln City, Cambridge City and Cardea respectively.
