The Posh under 21s are in PDL action at Coventry City on Friday afternoon (1pm).
The Peterborough United under 21s are back in action on Friday afternoon with a trip to Coventry City in the Professional Development League (1pm).
Ryan Semple's men will brave the cold conditions to face a Sky Blues side who will provide a stern test for the Posh youngsters.
Malik Mothersille, Jeando Fuchs, Kai Corbett and Charlie O'Connell are all due to feature with Mothersille set to play the full 90 minutes with Fuchs scheduled for an hour as he comes back from a muscle injury.
Semple is expecting a tough game. "Historically, Coventry have been a club that produce a lot of good players from their Academy and they continue to do that so we know it will be a tough game, but we are looking forward to it.
"It is the start of a really busy spell for us with games coming up so there is plenty of opportunities for game-time.
"On Tuesday at Desborough it was a younger group, but we have one or two players from the first team group dropping into the squad for minutes and that will give us plenty of options."
