Pay – £15 per game.
Hours – 3 games per week. 
Contract - Fixed Term Contract, September 2024 to May 2025.
Location – Leicestershire Area.

We are currently seeking a new Leicestershire Senior Scout.

An exciting casual opportunity has arisen within the Peterborough United Football Club Academy Recruitment Department for a hard-working individual who is passionate about starting or continuing a career in elite football.

Working within a well-respected Category 2 Academy, the chosen applicant will work alongside the Head of Academy Recruitment, Full-Time Scout Co-ordinator and other senior scouts. Also working closely with volunteer scouts.

This is an ideal role for a someone who lives within the Leicestershire area who has a passion for talent ID. The main focus would be to recruit players from Under 7s to Under 15s who have the capability and potential to be a professional footballer at Peterborough United Football Club.

Qualifications

  • Talent ID Level 1 & 2.
  • UEFA C Coaching Qualification. 

Skills and Experience

  • Full driving licence.
  • Flexibility around working hours.
  • Computer literacy.
  • An understanding of the demands of a professional sport environment.
  • Experience of working in youth development and good knowledge of players and teams within the Leicestershire area.
