Chris Conn-Clarke was one of the most sought after players outside of the EFL following a hugely impressive season with Altrincham, but it was Posh who secured his signature after agreeing an undisclosed fee with the Vanarama National League side in the summer of 2024.

Conn-Clarke was on the books of Fleetwood Town, but had first team opportunities hard to come by, hence why he initially went out on-loan to Altrincham before making the move permanent. A classy operator, Conn-Clarke's preferred position is in the number 10 role where he can dictate the game and bring others into play as well as showing a real eye for goal himself.
